1. Ordering Online
•    When you order products from The Cave Shop web site you agree that the information you provide us is correct.
•    You agree to pay us the full amount via a Third Party Online Payment Service Provider.
•    When you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging we have received it. It is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance and the establishment of a contract between us will take place once the items are shipped.
•    We reserve the right to refuse any purchase. Should this happen you will be informed by e-mail - this could be after the order acknowledgement email.
•    All images are shown for illustration purposes and packaging may vary due to changes made by our suppliers.
•    To check the availability of a product please send us an email to info@mycaveshop.com
•    The Cave Shop is not responsible for the content of external websites.
•    If ordering for delivery to an address outside the UK, you will be responsible for customs and other charges relating to importation into that country. We cannot accept responsibility for orders stopped or delayed by customs officials.
•    It is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to reorder at the correct price, or cancel the order.

2. Secure Payment
•    When you purchase items from The Cave Shop, you agree that the credit/debit card you use to pay for purchases is your own.
•    You also understand that The Cave Shop holds no information regarding your credit/debit card details and that payment is processed in a secure manner by a third party Merchant Service provider, for which The Cave Shop is not responsible.
•    Payment for goods ordered should be made by credit or debit card. We accept VISA Credit, VISA Debit (including Electron), Mastercard Credit and UK Maestro. You will receive confirmation that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence. Where a card is registered for 3D secure payment (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode), you will be asked for the additional password. If it is not registered, you will be presented with a screen at the time of payment, inviting you to register the card.

3. Delivery Service and Charges
•    We try to ensure that all the items on our website are in supply and that your order can be despatched as soon as possible within one week.
•    If for any reason an item is out of stock or will not be received by us in one week from our suppliers, we will notify you by email of the date we expect to be able to despatch. If you do not wish to wait for the delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item.
•    If a delivery does not arrive after the due time, please let us know and we will immediately initiate an investigation with the carrier.
•    The Cave Shop will despatch your order to the delivery address you specified during the checkout process. We will accept no responsibility for orders that are not received because the customer-supplied shipping address was incorrect.
•    When you order an item from The Cave Shop website, items will be dispatched to UK addresses by Royal Mail unless otherwise specified.
•    For UK addresses, we will deliver small items by Royal Mail First Class. Larger items will be delivered either by Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Parcel Post.  Royal Mail First Class normally takes 1-2 working days and Royal Mail Second Class normally takes 3-5 working days, but these delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders placed after 10am on Saturdays will not be posted until the following week. Special Next Day Delivery orders should be placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday for guaranteed next day delivery. If you wish to order Special Delivery, we will let you know before you order whether we have the item you require in stock.
